NONA BEAUTIES POLICY

Your appointments are very important to us, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours for notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations.

24 HOURS CANCELLATION

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.  Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.

– Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

– “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

The amount will be billed to your account and charged at your next appointment.

DAY OF APPOINTMENT

Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment and you may be subject to a fee.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

If for some reason you are unhappy with any products purchased, they may be refunded or exchanged. Unused/unopened retail products may be refunded within 7 days of purchase. An exchange for equal or lesser value products will be offered within 14 days of purchase.
